It Started with a Ford
The first car I ever owned was a white 1993 Ford Festiva L named Cassy. It was a 5-speed manual and I loved it to bits. The first 2 weeks after owning it, it stopped running. There was a mobile mechanic I called for help and he gave me a hand but also taught me about what I was looking at. From then on I spent a lot of time with older wise guys that taught me a lot, one even gave me hundreds of dollars worth of tools for free when he moved to Mexico and they have furthered my experience immensely. I began to work on friends and families cars as a hobby and eventually got pretty good at what I did. From Valve Cover Gaskets on V6s to Drum Brakes on Nissans, I became more and more proficient. I later began working for a Luxury Car Dealership as a Used Car Technician and received certifications through the company. After Getting married I moved to another Repair Shop in St. Petersburg because the opportunity to increase my skill was available. I Slowly began to grow Critical Times during my time in these shops and soon I plan on doing this full time myself.
